Please note: Orders cannot be changed once they have been placed!

Busy periods such as New Launches and Black Friday delivery may take longer than usual.

General shipping for Ireland is €5.50 and generally takes 2-3 working days from dispatch. Delivery to the UK is generally 3-4 working days.

Please Note: All orders to the UK with a value above 130GBP will be liable for vat & duty on arrival.

An important note for our UK customers. Our courier partner has advised that they are currently experiencing freight delays as a result of the implementation of Brexit. As a result, some of our parcels going to the UK will be delayed. We appreciate your patience while our courier works to have your parcel with you as soon as possible. We will email you as soon as your order dispatches.

You will also receive a DPD tracking number to keep an eye on your shipment.

At the moment we do not deliver outside of Ireland and the UK.

We must be provided with a phone number so that you can be contacted by the courier company.

We will not be held liable for any postal delays which may occasionally occur.

If you are not happy with your purchase you have 30 days to apply for a refund or replacement. To apply for a refund please contact asap@nationalbeauty.ie.
